On the day of cleaning we’ll check the weather conditions as it’s important the product is able to sit on/soak into the roof for at least 2 hours after application. (If it rains within 2 hours of application we guarantee to reapply the product free of charge as soon as possible). If the decision is made to postpone the application we’ll call you immediately and arrange a new date.
The treatment begins to work straight away but it takes time for the mould, mildew and lichen to decompose and wash away. If the expected results are not achieved within 12 months we guarantee to reapply the product again free of charge.
Payment is required on the day of application and a written guarantee is supplied with the receipt.

How long does it take to work?

The rougher the roof surface the longer it takes for the lichen to release and wash off. You can expect your roof to have all mould, mildew and lichen removed completely within 12 months of application.

When applied, it immediately attacks that unsightly moss, mould and lichen. Each time it rains, this safe, cleansing combination reactivates to help flush the moss, mould and lichen without scouring the surface it has infested.
How long does it last?
This is one of the great advantages of this method of roof cleaning. Because the treatment also destroys spores this considerably slows regrowth. Every roof situation is different but you could expect the roof to stay clean for at least 5 years. Some roofs that were done 8 years ago are still clean today.
